E-Z Self Services Car Wash

Vacuums don't work. They take your tokens but have no suction at all. I tried three separate machines with the same faults.

5/5 Stars I’ve been coming to E-Z Coin Car Wash for a while now, and I have to say - this place is a gem. It’s a self-serve car wash done right: clean bays, equipment that actually works, strong water pressure, and everything well-maintained. You can tell someone genuinely cares about this place. That someone is Dennis - the owner, who just celebrated 41 years in business. Since 1985! In a world where businesses come and go, Dennis has kept this car wash running for over four decades, and it shows. He’s one of the friendliest people you’ll meet - always around, always making sure everything is in top shape, always happy to chat. The kind of small business owner who takes pride in what he does and treats every customer like they matter. The wash bays are spacious, well-lit, and clean. The coin system is straightforward, and you get solid value for your money. Whether you’re doing a quick rinse or a full detail, this place has everything you need. And the fact that they never close is a huge plus - I’ve stopped by late at night and it’s still spotless. If you’re in the Hawthorne area and need a car wash, skip the overpriced automatics and come here. Support a local legend who’s been

$1 for 1minute, and $2 minimum to start the wash, unlike other places that make you pay at least $4 to start. Foam brush has plenty of soap. High water pressure from the hose

So seeing as how you are timed i already went in with a plan of execution! But things don't always go as planned! I will say this for the convenience i am not mad however if you are going to have rules at least make sure the materials are there up to date and working properly! So i never use the brushes these places have as they are contaminated with dirt and debris from other cars and are not changed out! No problem i brought my own wash mitts! However when switching to Soap option it just sprayed water! So i had to use the brush to dispense soap but i had to fling it on the car as i did not want the brush touching my paint! This was not as efficient as the soap could not be flung onto the side panels and lather up the entire car! I wish they allowed buckets so you can properly clean your rims with brushes and water! Also the vacuum hoses seem a bit short although im not sure if the other customers were lined up correctly! But overall im satisfied i just wanted to wash my car really well and vacuum it out really well!... i did my complete drying/waxing, windows and dressings at home! So i will probably come back again

E-Z Self Services Car Wash was busy at 8AM, like a line out to the street as if you were going to a hot coffee shop 😆... Prices were on point for the area, the vacuums are not worth it, because the time it says you get for the price, not accurate at all...
